| Michael Heberling, Ph.D. President, Center for Graduate Studies |
Michael Heberling has been president of the Baker College Center for Graduate Studies since June, 1998. He is responsible for the oversight and quality of the school's operations as well as the development of new academic programs. Today, there are over 1,000 students in Baker's three graduate programs: MS in Information Systems, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Occupational Therapy. Before coming to Baker, Dr. Heberling was a Senior Policy and Business Analyst for four years with the Anteon Corporation in Dayton, Ohio. He is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel with over 1,500 hours flying time in the B-52 bomber. His last Air Force assignment was as the chair of the graduate acquisition management department at the Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright-Patterson AFB. His education includes a B.S. degree from Cornell University, an M.S. degree from the University of Northern Colorado, and a PhD from Michigan State University in Production and Operations Management. His publications include 13 refereed journal articles, four books and book chapters, 21 conference proceedings, plus 26 magazine and trade articles. |
| John Vinton, PhD Dean, Doctoral Studies |
Over a thirty-year academic career, Dr. Vinton has held leadership and teaching positions at the University of Southern California, Hamline University, Metropolitan State University, Walden University and Baker College. Recently, he has been interested in creating new programs for mid-career working adults who seek graduate and undergraduate degrees in Management and Business through distance education, and creating learning networks and virtual communities. He has also created several international partnerships with institutions in Mexico, Latin America, and Europe. Dr. Vinton received his BA degree in Economics from Carleton College, an MA degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, and a PhD degree in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University. |

| Peggy Houghton, PhD Professor, Doctoral Studies |
Dr. Houghton most recently has served as the Chair of Leadership Studies in the Center for Graduate Studies and is the former Dean of Business Administration for the Auburn Hills Campus of Baker College. On September 01, 2007, she was appointed as a full-time faculty member to the new Doctor of Business Administration program. Dr. Houghton received her bachelor's degree from Oakland University in Marketing, a master's degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, and her Ph.D. in Management from Walden University. |
| James A. Stahley, PhD Professor, Doctoral Studies |
Dr. Stahley has proven leadership and accomplishments in academia, business, international business, engineering, and defense and commercial systems. As senior Quality Official and Vice President, he held key executive, profit and loss, and engineering positions including Vice President of Engineering for a $6 billion computer company. Dr. Stahley is an acknowledged expert in total quality, business excellence, leadership, and organizational change. He is a past senior examiner and judge for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, certified internal auditor for ISO 9000, and Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. Dr. Stahley is an experienced speaker and presenter to audiences, worldwide. Dr. Stahley has also held academic leadership positions at Walden University, where he served as the Associate Dean and Chair of Doctoral Programs for the School of Management. Dr. Stahley received his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth, an MS degree in Engineering from the University of Alabama - Huntsville, and a PhD degree in Management from Walden University. |

Dr. Amaladas has extensive experience as a Senior advisor for learning & development, organizational change management and management coaching within the Federal Public Service of Canada. He has also served in academic leadership positions and as a supervisor of dissertation research. He has expertise in qualitative research methods. |

Dr. Aubey is Professor Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin - Madison Graduate School of Business where he chaired the International Business Department and Directed the University of Wisconsin's Center for International Business Research. The focus of Dr. Aubey's research and scholarly activity has been on international business and finance, particularly in Latin America. |

| John L. Craddock, PhD Faculty, Doctoral Studies |
Dr. Craddock has over 35 years of international business experience in the areas of hospitality, international and national tourism industry development and soft drink bottling and distribution.He has served as a senior corporate officer in both domestic and international lodging companies and worked in over 70 nations including a many-year stint in the former USSR, now the Russian Federation, and China. He served as the co-owner, President and C.O.O. of the largest Pepsi Cola franchise in Eastern Europe. In that role he successfully negotiated 4 joint venture bottling plant acquisitions, and 16 distribution locations in a territory of 23 million customers spanning a 2.5 million square kilometer market area. In addition to his considerable business experience, Dr. Craddock has held full and part-time teaching positions at several universities, and has over 15 years of experience in online education. He earned his MBA from the Presidential/Key Executive program at Pepperdine University and his doctorate from Walden University. |

Dr. Folz recently retired as the Director of Graduate Programs in Software at St. Thomas University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She has extensive academic and professional experience in software development having taught at several institutions in addition to St. Thomas and having worked as a software development manager for Unisys. She has chaired over 25 completed dissertations and has expertise in quantitative research design and scientific methodology. |

Dr. Hoehn is Professor Emeritus at Wright State University where he served as Director of Advanced Graduate Studies and Director of Faculty Development among other roles. He is an expert in research design and curriculum development and has consulted extensively in areas such as team building and performance appraisal. He has chaired over 75 dissertation committees. |

Dr. Lyncheski has owned and managed her own communications business, Blue Gecko Communications. She has worked for advertising and public relations agencies, done editing and proofreading for publishers, and has written several magazine articles. She has extensive teaching experience in subjects including Career Development, Media and Business Writing, English Composition and Research, Interpersonal Communications, Speech Communications, Ethics, Critical Thinking, Psychology, and Leadership. |

Dr. Maurer is Professor Emerita of Mathematical and Computer Sciences at the Colorado School of Mines. She has supervised over 100 dissertations and has expertise in research design and statistical methods. She has consulted extensively in energy economics and has taught at a number of institutions other than the Colorado School of Mines, including the United States Military Academy. |
